The Search Process
Our search process is rigorous and will include the development of a written, detailed definition of each position including a job description, candidate profile, as well as client company information. As part of the search process, we include a file search of our own extensive database, advertising on relevant job boards and websites and direct sourcing of relevant candidates. Normally we will interview approximately 12 candidates and review our findings with our client and together select the top four candidates to meet our client. Following this we will perform extensive reference checks on the remaining candidates and assist the client with a job offer to the final candidate.

Our fees
Our fees are typically twenty percent of the first year's salary and are payable in three equal stages first upon initiation of the assignment, second on completion of interviews by the consultant and third upon acceptance of the position by the candidate. Out of pocket expenses are in addition to these fees

Warranty
Should a candidate leave a position for any reason within six months of joining, we will replace that person at no charge other than out of pocket expenses. Positions with a salary in excess of $100,000 will carry an additional six months coverage.
